I'm so happy you are making progress, autumn! I'm also so impressed with the changes you're embracing. Have you tried the choco shake yet? ice, water, (or milk if you can), handful almonds, ripe & frozen banana, spoonful raw cacao powder. Sometimes I throw in a bit of agave or honey, but you don't really need it. It's a great sweet treat. Especially around 4 in the afternoon when you are really dragging and want an oreo :)
Just one more thing you will handle with grace! You are remarkable and your take on the daily personal struggles continue to make me laugh...we love you!
