"Great game, buddy!" I exclaim to my little dribbler.
"I scored two goals while you were on your phone."
"No, you didn't."
"How do you know? I looked up when I was on the bench and you were blah blah blahing on your phone the whole time. And Daddy was on the iPad."
"He had a work email – and okay, maybe I sent a quick text while you were on the bench but I watched every single move you made when you were in."
"Then how come you missed my six goals?"
